Bend’s Community Center (BCC) announces the second Foodie Crawl event to take place on Sunday, April 28 from 4 – 8 pm. followed be dessert, live music and a silent auction at bcc from 7 – 10 pm. The Foodie Crawl, a combination of ‘progressive dinner’ and ‘pub crawl,’ is perfect for any foodie.

Participants will sample small plates and beverage pairings from 12 chefs and restaurants throughout Bend. Participating chefs and restaurants include: Seventh Mountain resort at the Wine Shop, Hola! (downtown), Range Restaurant at Visit Bend location, Trattoria Sbandati, Barrio, Brother Jon’s Ale House, Jackalope Grill, Taj Palace, Victorian Cafe, Deschutes Brewery Public House, Primal Cuts, Zydeco and Rockin’ Daves’ at Barrio Restaurant.

Proceeds from the event will benefit BCC’s Feed the Hungry program, which provides more than 2,000 meals each week to those in need throughout the Central Oregon community. Tickets are $65 per person for general admission, $95 for ViP status or $25 for just dessert and live music at the After Party. VIP ticket holders receive a free Sage in the Kitchen Cookbook and shuttle transportation on the night of the event.

Tickets are available online at www.thefoodiecrawl.org or in person at BCC, 1036 NE 5th St. in Bend, from 9 am to 4 pm or by calling 541-312-2069. Raffle tickets are available for $10 each (5 for $40) for a chance to win a private Tailgate Party at Mt. Bachelor hosted by Nordic Construction.
